I want to make a special recognition of Leo who was incredible. During the heat wave in August of 2026 here in Orlando, FL, our A/C unit broke down. Leo was called out to fix our A/C machine. Not only did he come out on a blistering hot day, he stayed and worked on our device in brutal weather conditions. It was about 95 degrees and about 80 percent humidity. He had to work in a tight space to make a major repair to our system. He stayed for hours fixing our unit, and then when he was getting close to finishing the repair, a huge rain storm hit. I just wanted to formally and officially recognize him for going above and beyond what was necessary to make sure that me and my family were taken care of. Thank you, sincerely for everything, we truly appreciate it! Due to his professionalism and effort that day, I know that we will stick with Rinaldi as a company and look forward to being able to see Leo again if possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Leo and Rinaldi for being so timely, professional, and dedicated to helping customers.

After an extended stay out of state, yesterday I returned to my residence only to find the temperature inside the house at 90°! It was a long hot night relying on my ceiling fan to move the air. One quick phone call today had a Technician from Rainaldi Home Repair at my home, he found the problem and changed out the part so cool air has been restored! He also showed me how to keep the system running smoothly every time I change the air filter. Thanks Nick!
