Like many of you, I’ve been following the rapidly evolving concerns around the spread of COVID-19. Guided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), I’m taking steps to help protect my staff and you, our loyal customers, and to reduce the spread of the virus.
I’ve reinforced and increased expectations for employee hand-washing and sanitizing practices. We’ve implemented additional sanitation measures at the office and before/after we’re in each and every home. Per the CDC’s recommendation, we’ve discussed and assessed exposure risk with our staff, and we have a policy in place that mandates those showing any symptoms to stay at (or work from) home. Finally, we use contactless payment systems including financing, credit or debit cards to eliminate cash handling.
What can you do to help?
Primarily, follow the widely-distributed recommendations for hand-washing, using sanitizer when possible, staying home if you feel ill and keeping us informed if you are an exposure risk. Working together we can help all of us stay safe, comfortable and healthy.
